Safe handling, storage, maintenance, function checks, range procedures, shooting fundamentals, and documentation of competency for eligible Guam concealed-firearms-license applicants.
Eligibility and licensing decisions remain with the Guam Police Department.
02 / DEVELOPMENTConcealed Carry Development
Practical safety, situational awareness, avoidance, responsible carry principles, legal-framework awareness, movement, reloads, and supervised defensive-skill development.
Prerequisite: Completion of the Citizen Defenders Basic Handgun Safety Training Seminar.
03 / RANGE LEADERSHIPNRA Range Safety Officer Training
Range organization, commands, incident prevention, professional conduct, and the responsibilities involved in supervising organized range activities.
04 / OFFICIATINGIPSC Range Officer Training
Match safety, official range commands, competitor briefings, rules knowledge, stage administration, consistent officiating, and Range Officer procedures.
Membership in an MPSA-affiliated club is required.
05 / PRACTICAL SPORTIPSC Practical Shooting Training
Safe movement, efficient gun handling, mechanics, accuracy, stage planning, discipline, and competition preparation for practical-shooting athletes.
Participants must be 18 years of age or older.
06 / YOUTH PATHWAYIPSC Action Air Training
Structured Action Air instruction emphasizing safe conduct, fundamentals, discipline, family participation, and junior-athlete development. Adults are also welcome.
Athletes ages 8–11 must have a parent or legal guardian remain onsite throughout the training session.
