Training, Eligibility, and Scheduling
Program availability, prerequisites, age requirements, equipment needs, instructor availability, locations, and schedules may change. Submitting an inquiry does not enroll you in a program or guarantee acceptance, availability, certification, competency documentation, or any particular outcome.
Participants are responsible for accurately disclosing relevant experience and for following all instructor directions, range rules, safety requirements, and applicable laws. Citizen Defenders may decline, postpone, or end participation when reasonably necessary for safety, eligibility, conduct, or operational reasons.
Firearms Laws and Permits
Firearms laws, permit requirements, agency procedures, forms, fees, and eligibility standards can change. You are responsible for confirming current requirements with the Guam Police Department or another appropriate government authority and for complying with all applicable laws.
Citizen Defenders does not issue permits, determine licensing eligibility, guarantee approval, or act on behalf of the Guam Police Department or any other government agency. Training completion does not by itself authorize the purchase, possession, carrying, transportation, or use of a firearm.
Safety and Inherent Risk
Firearms and shooting activities involve inherent risks of serious injury, death, and property damage. Website information cannot replace hands-on instruction, proper supervision, sound judgment, secure storage, or compliance with range rules and law. Do not attempt a technique solely because it appears or is described on this website.
Participation in training may require separate registration documents, safety acknowledgments, releases, or waivers. These website terms do not replace any document required for a specific activity.
Responsible Website Use
- Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with site operation, or submit malicious code or misleading information.
- Do not use the Contact form to transmit firearm serial numbers, permit details, payment information, government identification numbers, medical records, unlawful content, threats, or other sensitive information.
